Since the beginning of time, Pizza Hut has claimed through their slogan that “Nobody Out Pizzas the Hut,” but are these claims true? A brave reporter has decided to put this up to the test, eating one slice of medium crust pepperoni pizza from both Pizza Hut and Papa Johns. The reporter decided that Papa Johns is objectively better than Pizza Hut, but the people want to know the details, so the people will get the details.
First off, the cheese. Pizza Hut’s cheese was excessive but decent quality; there was too much cheese so it overpowered the sauce. Papa Johns had a decent cheese to sauce ratio, but the cheese didn’t melt as well as the cheese for Pizza Hut had. Next up, the sauce. Pizza Hut had next to no sauce and it was very overpowered by the cheese. The sauce itself was not very good either. Papa Johns had more sauce than Pizza Hut but still not enough. Furthermore, Pizza Hut's dough is close to inedible. The dough is chewy and feels as if it were a piece of rubber. Papa Johns, on the other hand, has dough that makes one ascend. The texture. The taste. The sheer quality of the dough suggests it could very well have been made by a master baker. Pizza Hut being competition to Papa Johns is truly mad.
Last but not least, the crust. The reporter was truly horrified with the excuse Pizza Hut calls “crust.” The crust felt as if it had never been cooked. An ocean of water is required to wash the taste from one's mouth after eating this disgrace. Papa Johns, on the other hand, had a beautiful, crunchy, delicious crust. Papa Johns truly outdid themselves with this crust. The reporter celebrates this crust instead of Easter. This crust had the perfect amount of crunchiness and softness.
The reporter was truly blown out of the water with this crust. And so, it turns out, it is truly possible to out pizza the hut. This being clear from the horror brought upon the reporter that tasted the slice of medium crust pepperoni from Pizza Hut, and the relief brought upon them after having the slice of medium crust pepperoni from Papa Johns.
